Hungarian Mushroom Soup

Traditional Hungarian Mushroom soup in a tin. Full of flavorful shiitake mushrooms, hearty potatoes, beans, smoked paprika and dill. This kit will make a chunky mushroom soup with clear broth and amazing mushroom flavor. Tip: to make this soup the authentic way, use clear mushroom broth and add a splash of cream when simmering. This soup will become your family’s favorite.

Combine dry soup mix, 8 cups of broth (4 cups for each bag), 1 cup cubed chicken (or any protein - optional), salt and pepper

Stove Top: Bring to a boil, then

simmer 20-30 min

Crockpot: Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours.

Microwave: on high for 5 min. Let stend for 1 minute. Repaet one more time.
